Business Analyst
Location: Reading, PA
W2 - $35max
Financial Experience Needed
Our largest Financial client is looking for a Business Analyst to work on an integration project. This is a 6 month contract position in Reading, PA.
Candidate must be eligible to work as a W2. Should be Citizens, Green Card Holder or EAD.
Responsibilities:
· Reviews, analyzes and evaluates BSA Compliance systems and user needs.
· Gathers requirements and runs meetings around applications development.
· Documents business and technical requirements, defines scope and objectives, and assist in formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies.
· Assist with application testing and documentation of UAT test plans and results.
· Adhere to Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Corporate Information Security (CIS) methodologies and standards within IT Operating Model for documentation, testing and implementation of application changes.
· Contractor will work under immediate supervision.
· Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Requirements:
· 5-7years of experience as a BA
· Familiar with relational database concepts, web architecture and client-server concepts.
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
· Experience in the financial industry.
· Candidate must be self-motivated with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
