We need a skill Matrix for each required skill (ex.  MS SQL   = 3 years) for each candidate along with the always required submission information necessary to enter the candidate into the client's system.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of experience with MS .Net Framework including ASP.Net, C# programming

• 2 years of programming experience with the .Net 3.5 framework or above

• 3 years of experience with web services and XML

• 3 years of experience with MS SQL server

• 2 years of experience with UML

• 2 years of experience working with SOA applications

• Design Experience (desired): UML, Design Patterns, OOAD, SOA, O-R Mapping, Messaging, Integration, Interfaces

• Familiarity with various SDLC models: CMM, RUP, Agile, Scrum, etc.

• Prior experience of object oriented development.

• Desired experience integrating .Net applications with mainframe systems
